Yuyake koyake (Sunrise, Sunset) is a popular childrens song
composed by Shin Kusakawa (1893-1948) who worked as a music teacher at
Hasedo Elementary School in Ebisu from 1917 - 1927. The song
signals the end of the school day as the children return home.
