Oshi tome hanashi ("push-release") is a glissando technique.
A combination of the two techniques oshi tome
and oshi hanashi. Start with the string
in the natural position, then press the string down to raise the pitch
by a whole tone. Hold the string down for a while, and then release the
string to lower the pitch back to the natural position Japanese scores
indicate an oshi tome hanashi with an oshi tome symbol above a string
number, followed by the katakana character ha.
