Oshi tome hanashi

Oshi tome hanashi ("push-release") is a glissando technique. A combination of the two techniques oshi tome and oshi hanashi. Start with the string in the natural position, then press the string down to raise the pitch by a whole tone. Hold the string down for a while, and then release the string to lower the pitch back to the natural position Japanese scores indicate an oshi tome hanashi with an oshi tome symbol above a string number, followed by the katakana character ha.
